Michael Tweed-Kent

Michael Tweed-Kent has served as the Feldenkrais Teacher at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam since 2018. He also regularly teaches workshops and individual lessons through feelgoodsoundgood.com, an online Feldenkrais program to enhance how musicians relate with their self, body and instrument.
A cellist and graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music and Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Michael has studied with pioneers connecting Feldenkrais to music including Uri Vardi (strings), Alan Fraser (keyboards) and Robert Sussuma (voice). He brings this instrument-specific
precision to his work with all musicians.
Michael has given masterclasses at the Tonebase Cello Festival, Oberlin Conservatory, Cremona Music Academy and Indemini Opera Festival. He graduated from the New York City and Vienna Feldenkrais training programs studying with David Zemach-Bersin and Jeremy Krauss.
